The service was fantastic, the room was spotless and very classy, with a pleasant view of the lake behind, overall a great experience.

Pleasant weather in September made my stay enjoyable. The double room with a king-size bed was a great deal for the price. 🌞

The breakfast provided here is plentiful, the staff is skilled at what they do, the rooms are beautifully decorated and seem newly furnished, and they offer remarkable views of the gorgeous grounds.

Well, the rooms here are nicely decorated with everything you need. Plus, they offer lovely views of the lake. 🌅

Rooms were recently renovated and modernized, complete with an air conditioner, iron, and safe box. The location is amazing, with a beautiful calm park setting 🌳.

The location is absolutely perfect - close to Heathrow airport and near attractions like Brooklands Motor Museum, Mercedes Benz World, and Thorpe Park. I enjoyed dining at the Mulberry restaurant on both evenings. The hotel is conveniently situated near the city

We ate at an excellent restaurant which offers a great selection of dishes.

The staff here are friendly and helpful, including both regular staff and the duty manager.

This place was a fantastic spot for exploring, had a lot of fun, and encountered very friendly and helpful staff throughout, with an outstanding lounge bar.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and we had a beautifully decorated and well-appointed room. Our location was magnificent and perfect. English breakfast was relatively cheap and delicious. Everything was simply really good. 

I've been here before and plan to come back soon. The room has air conditioning, and the staff is super helpful! 💫

The hotel is located right in the centre, close to the hotel's Broadwater restaurant and a lovely park. the room was elegant and bright, with a bar area, and had fantastic renovation done. - Coffee and tea were provided, which was a nice touch. 

Good service and the food is tasty. It's located in a quiet area in a really nice neighborhood. 🌿
